Request a Local Minister's License Certificate
Requests for Local Minister's License presentation certificates are fulfilled by the USA/Canada Regional Office. Use the webform to place the order and allow 2-3 weeks for preparation and shipping after verification of the candidate's credential history. Send any questions or concern about your order to license@usacanadaregion.org.

- Credential history verification is required when an individual applies for a local minister’s license for the first time from the congregation of which the individual is currently a member (even if the individual held a license while a member of another congregation).
